Animal Care Hospital is proud to share that we have Maui's only surgeon proficient in Tibial Plateau Leveling Osteotomy (TPLO), Dr. Dennis Barros. Dr. Barros has years of expertise in many different surgical procedures and often receives referrals from other veterinary clinics.
